Bishop's Committee

Our Governing Board is called a "Bishop's Committee" as the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas is technically the Rector or Senior Pastor of this special mission congregation.  Current members of this board are representatives appointed to serve from our supporting congregations.  The Bishop's Committee is the legal agent for Lord of the Streets regarding financial accounting, the authority to enter into contracts and human resource compliance.  Additionally, the Bishop's Committee joins the staff in determining the priorities and plans of LOTS, in securing and allocating resources necessary to achieve them, and in providing the staff accountability, counsel and encouragement.
The Rt. Rev. Andrew Doyle, Chairman
