Pastoral Care

• ​LOTS’ Clothing and Hygiene Center provides a choice of emergency clothes and hygiene items for our neighbors to select from the clothing boutique. Items include shirts, pants, shoes, undergarments, and assorted toiletries.
  
  
• Vision – In partnership with the University Houston School of Optometry, LOTS provides loaner glasses, a complete eye exam, and a voucher for glasses for our neighbors.
  
  
• Mail – Those who are homeless need a place to receive mail, and over 3,000 Houstonians use 3401 Fannin as their mailing address. This allows our neighbors to communicate with many government agencies that require a mailing address.
  
  
• Harris Health Clinic - Harris Health System provides easy access to health care for the homeless at the clinic housed at LOTS, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and mental health counseling, oral health care, laboratory services, and pharmaceuticals.  Our neighbors can also sign up for a “Gold Card” which provides access to Harris Health System services.

• ​​​Leisure Time – LOTS provides a variety of activities to engage in relationship building activities that center around redemption, God’s grace and learning. These include activities like Bible Study, financial management services, life skills mentors, and "reel faith" facilitators who help derive insights and life lessons from movies.​
